How to connect with social applications

By connecting your social media handles, you can run campaigns, schedule posts via automation, track the campaign performs, and convert visitors to customers. Zoho Marketing Automation allows you to connect your Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn accounts.
 
If you have already created social media accounts for your brand in Zoho Social, you can directly send post campaigns to those social media accounts from Zoho Marketing Automation by connecting your organization with that brand.

AlertYou must be the organization administrator in Zoho Marketing Automation to perform the integration.

Connect with social media apps 

To connect your Facebook account with Zoho Marketing Automation: 

  1. Click Settings icon on the top-right corner, then click Apps under Integrations.

  2. Click Connect App.

  3. Click Social under Categories, then select Facebook. 
  4. Click Connect.

To connect your Twitter account with Zoho Marketing Automation:

  1. Click Settings icon on the top-right corner, then click Apps under Integrations.

  2. Click Connect App on the top-right corner.

  3. Click Social under Categories, then select Twitter.
  4. Click Connect.

 To connect your LinkedIn account/LinkedIn Company with Zoho Marketing Automation: 

  1. Click Settings icon on the top-right corner, then click Apps under Integrations.

  2. Click Connect App on the top-right corner.

  3. Click Social under Categories, then select LinkedIn.
  4. Click Connect.

 To disconnect your social media account integration:

  1. Click Settings icon on the top-right corner, then click Apps under Integrations.

  2.  Select the social media handle you want to disconnect under Connected Apps.

  3.  Click Disconnect.
  4.  Click Proceed in the confirmation pop up.
