はい、Zoho Marketing Automationでは、組織ごとに削除できるマーケティング連絡先数に上限があります。上限は100%です。

これにより、ユーザーがマーケティング連絡先を不必要に何度も削除して追加し直すことを防ぎます。

購入したライセンスに基づき、組織ごとの上限は100%に設定されます。マーケティング連絡先が1,000件ある場合、削除できるのは最大1,000件です。キャンペーンを作成したマーケティング連絡先は削除できないため、先に該当するキャンペーンを削除する必要があります。

例外的に上限を超えてマーケティング連絡先を削除する必要がある場合は、詳細についてはサポート（support@zohomarketingautomation.com）にお問い合わせください。
