Engagement pop-ups are designed to increase visitor engagement on your website. They advertise your webpages by setting the redirection URL in call-to-action buttons. The pop-ups connect quickly with your website visitors and prompt them to take necessary actions on your message.

Note:
You can add only one engagement pop-up to a webpage.
Create an engagement pop-up
- Click on Marketing Campaigns in the left-hand panel, then select Engagement Pop-Ups .

Click Create on the top-right side of the screen in the engagement pop-ups listing view.
- Enter a name for the pop-up and add a preview URL .
- Click Next .

- Select the pop-up type and choose the template .

- Customize your pop-up using the template editor.
- Click Save & Next.

- On the Configuration page, add the link to the Target Pages.
- Add the device types on which you want your pop-up to appear. You can choose from desktop, mobile, and tablet options. After choosing the required device types, click Save .
- Select the audience to be targeted from the preset audience list. You can also add a new audience using the Build Custom Audience option.
- Next, set the Trigger . You can choose from the following trigger options:
- When a visitor enters the page.
- When a visitor is about to leave the page.
- When a visitor scrolls halfway down a page.
- A specified number of seconds after the page loads.
- Based on a custom event.

- Set the pop-up frequency . The following options are available:
- Until the visitor completes the pop-up.
- Even if the visitor has previously responded to this pop-up.
- Show the pop-up once.
- Show the pop-up X times.
Set a response action
To set a response action:
- Click Response Action .
- Click Configure .

- Choose the response and activity to be performed from the dropdown list.
- Select the appropriate value associated with the activity from the dropdown list.
- Click Save .

Push to CRM
To push to CRM:
- Click Push to CRM .

- Click Configure .
- Select the action to be performed from the dropdown list.
- Choose the CRM account module .

- You can view the mapped fields. To add new mapped fields, click the + icon.
- You can map the custom source by clicking the toggle button next to it.

- Click Save .
- Click Launch .

- Click Launch that appears on the pop up.
