Reminder
Set reminders and recurring reminders to your notes to get reminded about key activities at the right time
Color
Change the color of that note card to personalize your notes
Share
Share your notes privately, publicly, via email, to Zoho Writer, and other apps present in your device
Info
Look through your note card's info such as the words and characters, the notebook it is associated with, created date, tags associated, and more
Create and associate tags to your note cards to be more organized.
Versions
Look through the various iterations of your notes with versions in Notebook. You can also save the previous versions of a note card as a new note
Resource Activity
Get a list of all the activities you did in your note card such as viewing, editing, and more with exact timestamp. You can also download this and keep a copy of it in your device
Favorite
Organize your note cards better by favoriting them. All your favorite note cards will be shown in a separate view.
Merge
Merge note cards with similar content as one. You can merge note cards of similar types only. For example, you can merge Checklist with Checklist Card alone. Merge can be performed for Text, Checklist, and Photo Cards only.
Lock
Lock your notes from prying eyes with a passcode, TouchID, or FaceID.

Copy and move note cards across notebooks
Print
Print your notes to have a physical copy of them with you
Associated links
Keep track of all your notes associated with various entities in a single place. Be it a meeting, an email conversation, a Connect post, or a Project portal you can keep track of all the places where a note card was associated with. You can also dissassociate the note in Notebook.
We've all been there. Note cards with different formatting options and various styles. Clear formatting in your note cards to have it in plain text. You can also choose to remove formatting before pasting any content to your note cards.
Spell check
Write without any worry in Notebook with Spell and Grammar check. You can choose to change the suggestions then and there or check it completely after writing the entire content.
Link
Link notes and URL's in your notes for better organization and keep track of your thought process.
Codeblock and Blockquote
Special content should be treated specially. Use codeblock and blockquote to beautify your content.
Insert date and time
You can insert date and time in your notes to have a record of what you did when.
Undo and redo
Undo and redo previous operations in your note cards.
Link phone numbers
You can choose to linkify phone numbers in your note cards to call them right within Notebook.
