Upload Files to Google Drive
Upload your File Cards to your Google Drive account directly from Notebook. Connect your Google Drive account with Notebook and back up your files.
Before you begin
Here are a few things to know before you begin to use this integration.
- Only one Google Drive account can be connected with Notebook.
- Files are only uploaded to Google Drive and not vice versa.
- Changes made in the files in Google Drive will not be downloaded onto Notebook.
- This integration is only a back up and does not perform sync between Google Drive and Notebook.
Connect Notebook and Google Drive
To connect your Notebook account and Google Drive account, please follow these steps.
- Sign in into your Notebook account.
- Open any file you would like to upload to Google Drive.
- Click the share icon placed in the bottom tool bar of a note.
- Click ‘Upload to G Drive'.
- Sign in into your Google Drive account.
Upload a file
To upload a file, perform these steps.
- Open a file in Notebook.
- Click the share icon placed in the bottom tool bar of a note.
- Click ‘Upload to G Drive’.
- Choose the folder you would like to save the file in Google Drive and click save.
Remove the associated Google Drive account
To disassociate your Google Drive account from Notebook, follow these steps.
- Sign in into your Google account dashboard from https://myaccount.google.com/.
- Click ‘Security’ from the left side panel.
- Scroll to Third-party apps with account access and click 'Manage third-party access'.
- Click and remove 'Zoho Corp' from the list of third-party apps displayed.
