Take notes during meetings in Zoho Meeting
Take notes contextually during your online meetings with Notebook in Zoho Meeting. Be more focused during your meetings and take notes without switching tabs.
Notebook in Zoho Meeting allows you to take notes and share your ideas in the meeting without having to switch tabs. Take notes without any hassle, look through all your notes for the meeting, edit them, and more.
Take notes
Take notes during your meetings by clicking the Note icon in the top. Write minutes, format them with the formatting options present, add lists to them and more. You can organize your notes then and there by associating them to notebooks all from within Meeting.
View your notes
To view the notes you took for this meeting:
1. Click Notes icon
2. Click the three vertical dot icon in the Notes tab
3. Click View Associated Notes
4. All your notes for the meeting will be displayed
You can also view your associated notes after the meeting has ended by clicking View under Notes in meeting summary
View your past meeting notes
To view notes of your past meetings:
1. Open Zoho Meeting and click My Meetings
2. Your list of previous meetings will be displayed
3. Click the note icon under Resources
4. Your associated notes for that meeting will be displayed
View associated links for a note card
1. Open Notebook and click on any note card
2. Click the three vertical dot icon in the bottom
3. Click Associated Links
4. The meeting in which you took the note from will be displayed
Download your notes as a .txt file
You can download your notes if you're not a registered Notebook user as a .txt file
1. Click Download under Notes in the meeting summary (after the meeting has ended)
2. Your notes will be downloaded as a .txt file
