概要

Zoho Writer では、ドキュメント内の特定のセクションをロックして、共同編集者が編集できる範囲を制限できます。これにより、重要なコンテンツを保護しつつ、ドキュメントの他の部分では共同作業を行うことができます。所有者はいつでもセクションのロックを解除して編集範囲を広げられるため、共同編集時のセキュリティと柔軟性の両方を確保できます。

手順

  1. ドキュメント内でロックしたいテキストを選択します。
  2. [Review] > [Lock/Unlock Content] > [Lock Selected Content] をクリックします。

  3. ロックしたコンテンツを特定のユーザーにだけ編集させたい場合は、[Advanced options] をクリックし、「Allow editing for」項目にそのユーザーを追加します。
