Add co-organizers

A webinar co-organizer holds most of the controls available in the event. They can be a part of practice sessions, view attendee lists, handle Q&A, polls, and recording and more. You can add anyone as a co-organizer for your webinar. Co-organizers who are members of your organization will also be able to start webinars if the organizer is away, or unable to launch webinars. 
 
A webinar co-organizer can:
  • Start a webinar (if they belong to your organization)
  • Edit or Cancel a webinar (if they belong to your organization)
  • Join during practice session
  • Start the broadcast 
  • Become a presenter
  • Mute/unmute themselves 
  • Start/Stop their own video 
  • Record the webinar
  • Answer questions from attendees
  • Assign questions to organizer or co-organizers
  • Launch polls
  • Switch presenters 
  • End the Webinar
The 'Add multiple Co-organizer's' feature is only available in trial and paid versions of Zoho Meeting webinars.
How-to 

Add/Manage Co-organizers

  1. Once you have schedule a webinar, under the webinar info tab, you add a Co-organizer. You can also add Co-organizers from the webinar details page. 
  2. Click Add Co-organizer.

  3. Enter the name and email address of the co-organizer, then click Add.
  4. An email invitation with a link to join the webinar will be sent to the co-organizer.
  5. Hover on the Co-organizer name and use the options to delete, resend the invitation email, or to copy and share the join link. 

Webinar Chat 

Webinar chat can be used by organizers and co-organizers to chat among themselves during a webinar. This chat window will only be visible to the organizers and co-organizers of the webinar and not to the attendees of the webinar . 


  • A co-organizer doesn't need a Zoho Meeting account to join your webinar.
  • Co-organizers are not counted as webinar attendees. You can have up to 15 co-organizers in a webinar and host up to 5,000 attendees, which is the maximum capacity. 
  • Co-organizers can speak in webinars, unlike attendees who join in a listen-only mode. 
  • The link to join a webinar is unique for each co-organizer.   
  • To allow Co-organizers within the organization to start the webinar, the admin can enable the setting from Manage Organization -> Webinar Settings -> Turn on Allow Co-organizers within the organization to start the webinar.
  • To allow Co-organizers within the organization to cancel or edit the webinar, the admin can enable the setting from Manage Organization -> Webinar Settings -> Turn on Allow Co-organizers within the organization to edit or cancel the webinar.
