Troubleshooting & Tips
Ensure you’re logged into the correct Google account. If you're using Zoho Mail or Gmail, your calendar can be synced automatically. For other email services, you’ll need to download the .ics file and manually add it to your calendar.
Check your browser for pop-up blockers that may prevent calendar access.
If you're using a mobile device, try adding the .ics file manually.
Can I add recurring meetings to my calendar?
Yes, recurring meetings will appear with the correct intervals when added via an .ics file.
What happens if I reschedule the meeting?
You’ll need to re-add the updated meeting link with the updated .ics file to your calendar. Existing entries won’t update automatically unless you're using a synced platform like Google Calendar.
My calendar isn't syncing. What can I do?
Make sure you're logged into the correct account and check your calendar settings. If issues persist, consider syncing manually via the .ics file.
