Claiming a ticket

Lets say Jessica purchases two tickets for an event, one for herself and one for her colleague. Jessica's colleague can claim the second ticket from Jessica. They can then access the event via attendee mobile app.

You can also move a ticket from one account to another by claiming it.

During sign in

For Android



  1. Tap the Login button on the Home screen.
  2. Enter the ticket ID.
  3. Tap ✓. An OTP will be sent to the ticket owner's email address.
  4. Enter the OTP that the ticket owner has received.
    Note: Tap the Resend link here if you want to send the code again.
  5. Tap ✓.
  6. Enter your email address.
    Note: Remember this email address, as this will be associated with your ticket.
  7. Tap ✓.

For iOS



  1. Select the event you want to sign into.
  2. Tap the Menu icon [] to open the left panel.
  3. Tap the Sign In button.
  4. Enter the ticket ID.
  5. Tap the Next button. An OTP will be sent to the ticket owner's email address.
  6. Enter the OTP that the ticket owner has received.
  7. Tap the Validate OTP button.
  8. Enter your email address.
    Note: Remember this email address, as this will be associated to your ticket.
  9. Tap the Update button. An OTP will be sent to the ticket receiver's email address.
  10. Enter the OTP that you have received.
  11. Tap the Validate OTP button to claim the ticket.

After signing in

For Android



  1. Tap the Menu icon [] in the top-left corner.
  2. Tap the Tickets option.
  3. Tap the Claim ticket section.
  4. Enter the ticket ID, or scan the QR code.
  5. Tap ✓. An OTP will be sent to the ticket owner's email address.
  6. Enter the OTP that the owner has received.
    Note: Tap the Resend link here if you want to send the code again.
  7. Tap ✓.

For iOS



  1. Tap the Menu icon [] at the top-left corner.
  2. Tap the Tickets option.
  3. Tap the Claim ticket button.
  4. Enter the ticket ID or scan the QR code.
  5. Tap the Next button. An OTP will be sent to the ticket owner's email address.
  6. Enter the OTP that the owner has received.
