Configure Payment Gateway

In ShowTime, you can conduct paid trainings by adding tickets to your sessions and monetize all your virtual classroom sessions. As an Admin, before you add tickets, you will be asked to set a specific currency value for your account. This specified currency will be the base currency associated with your account, and revenue will be calculated and displayed only in this currency in your account portal. However, your trainees will be able to pay the ticket amount in any currency, from anywhere around the globe.

Map your existing Checkout portal to ShowTime

Whenever you configure a payment gateway in ShowTime, we create a new portal for you in Zoho Checkout. If you have any payment portals already configured in Checkout which you wish to map to ShowTime, you can choose the preferred one and click Select to map that particular Checkout portal to ShowTime. 





 
To configure payment gateway and set up paid training:

1. Go to the Payments tab at the top, and click Add currency.



2. Specify the details of the currency name, value, and region (country) under the page.
3. After you select a specific currency value, click on Configure currency
 


Note: You will not be able to change the base account currency type later.
 
Once you assign a base currency for your ShowTime account, click on Proceed to configure the payment gateway that you can receive payments with for your trainings. Click here to learn how.



After configuring your payment gateway, click on Show Status to know if the configuration has been successful or not.
