Create presentations in Show
In Show, you can either create a new presentation using the Whitepaper theme or kickstart one using Show's built-in designs, such as Themes, Templates, and Slides.
Pick a design from Themes when you want to create a professional-looking presentation. Each design has its own set of fonts, colors, styles, and background to help you maintain consistency across slides.
Show offers a wide range of theme designs for both Wide (16:9) and Normal (4:3) screen.
Using a particular theme in a presentation helps improve brand recognition. For example, if your branding uses a particular set of green colors, it's ideal to use a similar green preset. You can also customize the color or font scheme of themes to match it with your branding.
Pick a design from Templates when you want to create presentations for a specific purpose with a particular theme to maintain uniqueness. For example, to deliver a session on project objectives in your organization, you can use the Digital Strategy template. You can share these presentations with your colleagues for future reference and help them deliver quality work in a short time, improving brand recognition.
Show offers template designs for different scenarios including HR, Marketing, and Industrial.
Similarly, pick a design from Slides when you want to create colorful marketing materials such as banner, pamphlets, and brochures. The advent of Slides eliminates the need for you to edit the Master slide for creating multiple backgrounds every time.
Show offers a wide range of slide designs such as Cover Slide, Content Slide, and Comparison Slide to help you create a dynamic presentation effortlessly.
To get started with a design in Show:
- Click the New Presentation button or Gallery in the listing page to view the Themes, Templates, and Slides.
- Select a design of your choice, enter a title for the presentation, then click Create Presentation to navigate to the editor screen (the main interface).
In Show's main interface, you can add more Slides to your presentation or switch to a different Themes based on your requirements.
