Duplicating manuals in Zoho Connect

Overview

Manuals that are relevant to different groups or even another network, can be duplicated easily there. Instead of writing a manual from scratch, you could easily share information and save time by duplicating existing manuals.

Who can duplicate a manual?

Only the admins of the manual can duplicate it. However, while duplicating the manual to another network, you need to make sure that the admin of that network has given you permission to create manuals. The network admin can modify permissions by going to the policies section under network settings.

How to duplicate a manual?

  1. Go to the specific manual.
  2. Click the three-dot menu, seen in the top-right part of the manual's banner.
  3. Click Settings.
  4. From the pop-out, move to the Advanced tab.
  5. Click Duplicate.
  6. In the pop-out, select the group or network you would like the manual to be duplicated in.
  7. If you select another network, you also have the option to choose a group in that network.
  8. Once selected, click Done.
  9. You will receive a notification once the duplication is complete.

Once a manual is duplicated, all articles in it will be published automatically. Members of the original manual will not be part of the duplicated manual. 
Duplicating manuals is only available in Zoho Connect's enterprise plan.
