Integrate your Zoho Sprints workspace to your Google apps. Add your daily work items to your Google Task and Calendar to keep things on track. Get your scrum meetings scheduled to your Google Calendar and never miss any meet ups.
Access Privileges: Workspace Owner
Add Zoho Sprints app from Google Workspace
- Navigate to Google Workspace Marketplace.
- Search for Zoho Sprints app.
- Click Install.
Sign in with Google
- Go to Google Workspace Marketplace.
- Search for Zoho Sprints and select it.
- You will be redirected to your Zoho Sprints workspace.
- If you do not have a workspace (i.e. portal) in Zoho Sprints, you will be redirected to the workspace creation page.
Enable Google Apps in Zoho Sprints
- Click the gear icon in the top-right corner. The settings window will appear.
- Select Others under Marketplace.
- Click Configure in the Google Workspace app.
- Check the privacy statement checkbox.
- Click Enable.
After you enable the integration, you can now import the users from your Google account to specific projects.
Import Users from Google
To import users, you will be redirected to the import section:
- Click Import Users.
- Select the projects.
- Choose the Users and Role.
- Enable Notify via Email to invite users to your team.
- Click Import Now.
Note: Importing users from Google workspace is not supported for Zoho One plan.
