How to apply new themes to my Help Center?
Personalizing your Help Center is a must if you believe in making it look appealing for your end users. The themes make it easy to quickly change how text and widgets appear on your page the way you want. Zoho Desk has put together the following themes to help you accomplish your customization goals within a few clicks:
- Elegant
- Materialize
- Flat
- Classic
To apply one of these new themes to your Help Center, perform the following steps:
- Click the Setup icon (
) in the top bar.
- Click Help Center under the Channels menu.
- Select the Help Center for which you want to apply the theme.
- Click Help Center Customization under the Help Center sub-menu.
The detail page of the Help Center appears.
- Click Try New Theme on the upper-right side of this page.
The Themes page appears.

- Choose a theme from this page by performing these steps:
- Click the Preview button next to the theme of your choice.
- A preview of the selected theme appears.
- To preview the other themes, use the right and left arrow marks on the top bar.
- After making your choice, click the Publish button on the top bar.

A confirmation dialog box appears.
- Click the Publish button.
The new theme is immediately applied to the Help Center.
Want to customize a theme? Click the Save Draft button at the top of the page to open the customization menu.
Notes:
- Make sure that the Help Center has one of the new themes applied to it to display the ASAP widget.
- The above steps are appropriate for customers who signed up before July 2, 2019. New customer will have the Elegant theme published by default.
- Once you publish your Help Center with the new theme (i.e., Elegant, Materialize, Flat, or Classic ), you cannot roll back to the old theme.
