You can customize the Terms & Conditions for Invoices, Quotes, Sales Orders or Purchase Orders by following the steps given below:
            1. Log in to Zoho CRM with Administrator privileges.
            2. Click Setup > Customization > Fields.
            3. Select the Module from the drop-down list.
            4. In the [Module] Fields List page, edit the Terms & Conditions field.
            5. In the Edit Terms and Conditions page, specify the terms.
            6. Click Save.
