These group address are created for specific purpose or for communication within an organization and are not intended to receive email campaigns or any other marketing related emails. Perhaps one or two among the group may be interested in your campaigns, but for the rest of the recipients, it's just irrelevant and unwanted emails flooding their inbox.
A few reasons to say no to a role/group email address as a subscriber:
