The email invitations you send out to your participants will have an RSVP section as shown below.
The RSVP functionality is included in both the free and paid versions of Zoho Meeting.
This RSVP notification will help you know how many people will be attending a meeting before you begin it. Invitees can click any of the three options: Yes, Maybe, or No. You will receive response emails based on the options they choose.
