Schedule and host online meetings from Zoho Projects

Overview

The Zoho Meeting integration in Zoho Projects lets you conduct online meetings with users in your organization as well as anyone outside your organization. Here's what you can do:

Only admins and super admin can access the Integration tab.

The 'Zoho Projects' integration is available only in the paid edition of Zoho Meeting.

Availability and cost

  1. Users in the free and paid edition of Zoho Projects can get this integration at $10 per month for all users in an organization.
  2. This integration can also be activated during the trial period of Zoho Projects.

How-to

Enable integration

  1. Log in to Zoho Projects
  2. Click Settings  on the top-right corner.
  3. Under Integrations, select Zoho Apps.
  4. In the Zoho Meeting section click Configure, then click Activate.


 

Schedule meetings and invite users

  1. On the top-left, click Home and select My Calendar from the drop-down. You can also navigate to any of your projects and click Calendar on the left pane.
  2. Click the date on which you need to conduct the meeting.
  3. Go to the Meeting tab and enter the details of your meeting.
  4. Check the External users box to invite anyone who does not belong to your organization.
  5. Click Save.
 


Notes
View, edit, and delete your meeting from  Feeds and  Calendar. Also, share the meeting link with anyone you want. 

Start a meeting

From Calendar
  1. Click Home, then select My Calendar from the drop-down. You can also navigate to any of your projects and click Calendar on the left pane.
  2. Go to the meeting date or click the Meetings tab at the top.
  3. Click your meeting to see the details.
  4. Click Start meeting.
 
From Feeds
  1. Go to your Projects Feeds.
  2. Find the meeting you want to start and click Start meeting.
 

 

Notes
You can view the recording of a meeting on the meeting details page after the meeting is over.
