If you want to find the ideal time to post when you grab the attention of your target audience, you can use the SmartQ feature in Zoho Social. Create your content as you usually would, then click on SmartQ from your Publishing window.

The SmartQ which is located on the right side publishing window will show you the best date and time to publish either for the next seven days or the best time for a specific date of your liking. You can also sort the dates by Engagement and Time. These filters will give you automated suggestions based on your Brand's engagement as to what is the best time to publish your post.

The SmartQ feature is available on Premium, Agency, and Agency Plus plans, and predicts the best time to post on the following social channels: Facebook Page, Instagram Profile and Twitter Profile.

If you're on your first week of using Zoho Social, SmartQ will not display publishing suggestions. It will need at least 7 days worth data to base its predictions on.
