Discussing Reports
On
Zoho Social, you have the option to discuss individual (report) Cards
that's available for different networks, with your team members on the
Collaborate tab.
To discuss Cards, follow these steps:
- Head over to the Reports tab
- Choose your desired social icon (e.g. Facebook Page) from the top bar of your screen.
- Click on the ellipsis that appear on a particular card under a network report.
- Select the Discuss from the drop-down that appears.
Exporting Reports
Cards
and Network Reports can exported (in PNG or PDF format) on Zoho Social.
You can either choose to export the whole report or choose to export
individual Cards that are available for each Network Report.
Exporting Cards:
If
you'd like to export a particular card in a PDF or PNG format, to keep a
copy of the file on your computer, follow these steps:
- Click the Reports tab on your home screen.
- Choose your desired social channel (e.g. Facebook Page) from the top bar on your screen.
- Click on the ellipsis that appear on a particular card under a network report.
- Select Export as PDF or Export as PNG from the drop-down that appears.
Exporting Report Sections:
If
you'd like to export the entire Report Section in a PDF or PNG format,
to keep a copy of the file on your computer, follow these steps:
- Click the Reports tab on your home screen.
- Choose your desired social channel (e.g. Facebook Page) from the top bar on your screen.
- Select the Export button on the top right corner of the page.
- Select Export as PDF or Export as PNG from the drop-down that appears.
Emailing Reports
You
can choose to email Cards and Report Sections to your team members or
clients. You can send individual Cards or an entire Report Section as an
email.
Sending Cards as an email
If you'd like to directly send Cards as an email to people outside Zoho Social, you can follow these steps:
- Click the Reports tab on your home screen.
- Choose your desired social channel (e.g. Facebook Page) from the top bar on your screen.
- Click on the ellipsis that appear on a particular card under a network report.
- Select Send as Mail from the drop-down that appears.
- You
can enter details such as the Recipient's Email Address, Subject,
Message, set the format as PDF or PNG, choose to set a Password, etc,
and then click Send.
Sending Report Sections as an email
If you'd like to directly send the entire Report Section as an email to people outside Zoho Social, you can follow these steps:
- Click the Reports tab on your home screen.
- Choose your desired social channel (e.g. Facebook Page) from the top bar on your screen.
- Select the Email button on the top right corner of the page and click Send as Mail.
- You
can enter details such as the Recipient's Email Address, Subject,
Message, set the format as PDF or PNG, choose to set a Password, etc,
and then click Send.
Password Protection:
Password
protection is available for any personal information that can be
exported as an Email to anyone outside Zoho Social. You can choose to
password-protect files when you email a Custom Report to the Brand Users
or Clients. If a custom report is password-protected when it's emailed,
the receiver will only be able to download and open it after entering
the password set by the sender. This password can be changed each time a
Custom Report is sent as an email.
The password should contain at least six characters.
You
can enable the Password Protect option by clicking on the check box and
set up your password. You can then share the Dashboard via email with
your team.
Scheduling Reports
You
can also choose to schedule Cards and Network Reports to your team
members or clients. You can schedule Reports to your team on a weekly or
monthly basis without having to send an email every time you want to
share important stats with your team. You can schedule individual Cards
or an entire Report Section.
Scheduling Cards
To schedule Cards to your team, for a period of time, follow these steps:
- Click the Reports tab on your home screen.
- Choose your desired social channel (e.g. Facebook Page) from the top bar on your screen.
- Click on the ellipsis that appear on a particular card under a network report.
- Select Schedule from the drop-down that appears.
- You
can fill-in the scheduling requirements by selecting team members,
setting a date-range, and time, and format— PDF or PNG, and then Schedule.
Schedule Report Sections
To schedule Report Sections with your team, follow these steps:
- Click the Reports tab on your home screen.
- Choose your desired social channel (e.g. Facebook Page) from the top bar on your screen.
- Select the Email button on the top right corner of the page and click Schedule.
- You
can fill-in the scheduling requirements by selecting team members,
setting a date-range, and time, and format— PDF or PNG, and then Schedule.
Managing Scheduled Reports
Follow these steps to view a list of all the scheduled Reports on Zoho Social:
- Click on the Reports tab.
- Select the Scheduled Reports icon from the top bar on your screen.
- You can now view a list of all the Scheduled Reports created by you or shared with you
- You can also view the Date Range, Frequency, File Type, and Recipients for each Scheduled Report.
