Can an attendee buy more than one ticket using their email address?
The number of tickets an attendee can buy depends on the buying limit you set for each ticket class.
Where can attendees view the tickets that they have bought?
Attendees can access the Your Tickets option from the menu in the top-right corner of the event microsite.
Does Backstage charge me for each attendee registration?
Zoho Backstage does not charge any commission on ticket sales.
Can I print my ticket from Backstage?
Yes. To print a ticket, click the Printer icon associated with a ticket in the Order Summary tab.
Which payment gateways are supported in Backstage?
Backstage supports Stripe, Forte, 2Checkout, Authorize.net, PayPal, Razorpay, PayTabs, Payments Pro, Payflow, and PayTM.
Will Backstage handle refunds?
When you click the Refund option for an online order, Backstage will initiate a refund for it. However, Backstage doesn't handle refunds for offline orders. You will have to process refunds for offline orders manually.How long will it take for the refund to be processed?
The refund time depends on the payment gateway you use to process your payments.
Can I add tax to tickets?
Yes. To do this, go to Registration Settings in the Tickets tab of your Microsite Builder.
Are there other payment integrations for ticketing?
We currently only support Eventbrite as our payment partner.
Can I restrict a certain session based on ticket classes?
Yes, you can. When you create a session set up session accessibility in the Advanced settings section. By default, all sessions are available to all ticket classes. Select specific ticket classes here to restrict the session to only those who have tickets from those classes.
Is there a way to collect ticket registrations for approval before granting attendees tickets to my event?
Yes, you can. To collect ticket registrations for approval, enable the Preapprove registrations option in the Tickets tab under the Microsite Builder. All registrations made thereafter will be displayed in the Preapproval tab under Registrations in the Manage Dashboard which you can approve or deny.
Click the Tickets tab in the Microsite Builder. If you already set up tickets for your event in Eventbrite, the details like ticket type, quantity, price, and number of available and sold tickets will be displayed. If you haven't got an Eventbrite account you can create one and then configure your tickets.
Will the events in my Eventbrite account be visible to other event members? If yes, can I hide them?
Yes, event members and portal members can view the list of events from your Eventbrite account while configuring tickets in the Tickets tab of the Microsite Builder. Although members can view the events, they can't edit them without the permission to access your Eventbrite account.

Why aren't any events being displayed in my Tickets tab after I have connected to my Eventbrite account?
This may mean that you haven't created any events in your Eventbrite account yet. You can click the Populate link on the Tickets tab to automatically fill event details into Eventbrite and set up tickets for it. Alternatively, you can click the Create link on the Tickets tab to enter these details yourself manually, then set up tickets.
Why do I not have any events in the Tickets tab when I click the Populate link?
The Populate link, as the name suggests, lets you populate event details into Eventbrite. After you click the Populate link, click the Configure Now button to navigate to your Eventbrite account to view these details and then set up tickets for that event.
Does Eventbrite charge me per attendee registration?
Yes. Eventbrite charges a fee based on the ticket cost that you've set for paid tickets.
