Unattended Access for Windows and Mac

Install the unattended access installer to configure a device running Windows or MacOS for unattended access. Once the device is configured for unattended access, you can access and troubleshoot the device remotely.

To download the unattended access installer for Zoho Assist:
  1. Login to Zoho Assist.
  2. Navigate to Unattended Access tab present in the top pane of the window.
  3. Select Deployment given on the left side of the page. 
  4. Click Add Device in the top right corner of the page.


    5. Choose Windows Installer or Mac Installer to download the Unattended Access installer.



    6. Once the download is complete, run the file to install the unattended access installer. 

To remotely connect to the device:

  1. Navigate to Unattended Access in the top pane of the window. 
  2. Click Connect beside the device that you want to access.
