Viewing ticket details

The details of your ticket purchase can be accessed at any time on the attendee mobile app. When you arrive at the venue, easily check in with your ticket ID, name, or email address.

For Android



  1. Tap the My Tickets button in the Home screen. The following details for your ticket order will be displayed: ticket holders name and email address, ticket ID, order ID, and the purchaser's email address.
    Note: You can also access this option in the Tickets screen.
  2. Swipe right if you've got multiple tickets.

For iOS



  1. Tap the My Tickets button in the Home screen. The following details for your ticket order will be displayed: ticket holders name and email address, ticket ID, order ID, and the purchaser's email address.
