What are local dial-in, toll-free, and premium toll numbers?
These are numbers that let you join online meetings and webinars
through your phone. You can dial these numbers from your phone and connect to a webinar or a meeting on the go. However, they differ from each other in terms of payment and use, as detailed below.
Local dial-in numbers
These are local numbers that you and your participants can use at the normal call rates charged by mobile carrier services. Zoho Meeting provides local dial-in numbers for more than 40 countries around the world.

Dial-in numbers are not available for SA(Saudi Arabia) and UAE(United Arab Emirates) Data centers.
Toll-free numbers
Using toll-free numbers, your participants can join meetings and webinars for free, without having to pay call charges. Zoho Meeting provides toll-free numbers for more than 25 countries around the world.

Premium toll numbers are special numbers procured by paying a license fee to the government as per the local law. Zoho Meeting provides premium toll numbers for five cities in India.

Requirements
To use local dial-in numbers, you need to be using a paid edition of Zoho Meeting.
To use toll-free and premium toll numbers, you must fulfill the following conditions:
- You must be using a paid edition of Zoho Meeting.
- You must purchase the Zoho Meeting toll-free add-on.
Pricing
- To purchase and use toll-free and premium toll numbers you will have to make a payment of USD 20 (INR 1200) per month.
- After you and your participants exhaust the alloted call time worth this amount, per minute charges will be applied based on the rate listed for each country. For premium toll, each person will be charged INR 4 (or USD 0.08) per minute. The total amount for toll-free and premium toll will be calculated and deducted at the end of every month.

If you are a paid subscriber, dial-in numbers will be displayed to you when you enter a meeting or webinar window and select Phone audio. If you've purchased the toll-free add-on, you can view toll-free and premium toll numbers, as well.
