Are there limits to the number of emails that can be sent to the customers using workflow alerts?
Using workflow alerts, you can send emails to customers, users in your Zoho CRM account and to additional recipients. These are the limits on the number of emails that you can send to your customers:
Paid accounts: (No. of Users * 100) or 5000 emails per day, whichever is lower.
Free accounts: 200 emails per day.
Trial accounts: 10 emails per day.
