Why are the users unable to view the records that Administrator can view?
By default, the data sharing and data viewing options in Zoho CRM
account is based on hierarchy. Users at the top level of the
organizational hierarchy will have access to all the records. The users
in the lower levels of the hierarchy will have access only to the data
The Administrator can access all the records. On the other hand, the
manager can access only his records and that of his subordinates. He
will not have access to the administrators' records.
Users will be unable to view some record if:
a. The users is not the Administrator
b. The records are not shared by the administrator using the Data Sharing feature.
