Why are the users unable to view the records that the Administrator can view?

            By default, data sharing and data viewing options in Zoho CRM are based on hierarchy. Users at the top level of the organizational hierarchy will have access to all the records. For example, the CEO will have access to the entire database in the organization. However, users in lower levels of the sales hierarchy will only have access to the data they own. So a Sales Manager can access all the records of his/her sales reps while sales reps can only view their own records. They will not have access to the sales manager or administrators' records by default.

            Users will also be unable to view some records if:

            a. They don't have Administrator access.

            b. The records have not been shared by the administrator using the Data Sharing feature.
