Zia for Workflow Rules

Zia brings AI to your workflow automation processes by detecting anomalies and provide suggestions for your workflow rules. Zia also identifies and prevents you from making mistakes, such as sending multiple email templates to the same customer on the same day.

You can click open the alerts individually to view more details.

You will receive Workflow Anomalies and Suggestions when:

The same contact receives an email twice via two workflows on the same day.
The same contact receives two or more email via multiple workflows on the same day.
