Under My Settings, you can update your locale information, enable or disable features for your meetings and webinars.
Click Edit icon to update locale information such as default language for the Zoho Meeting portal, time format and time zone.
General Settings
Use Original Audio: Enable this setting to preserve original sound from your microphone without any enhancement.
Add to Google Calendar: If you switch on your Google calendar setting, all events you schedule will get added to your Google calendar.
Virtual Background: Enable this setting to allow users to blur or replace their background with any selected image, GIF, or effects during a meeting.
Default dial in numbers for Meeting: The dial-in numbers for the selected countries will be listed in the meeting invitations.
Chat notification: Enable this setting to display a notification and play a sound whenever a new chat arrives.
View video - muted participants: Enabling this setting will display your participant's profile picture(Avatar) when their video feed is turned off. To show/hide your profile picture during meeting.

Join notification: Enable the sound notification setting to get notified upon participant's entry and exit.
- Stop video during congestion: Enable this setting to automatically stop the video feeds of everyone in the meeting when there is a bandwidth issue. Once the bandwidth is sufficient, the video will resume.
Display participants name on their video: Enabling this setting will display the participant's name on their video feed.
- Mute participants mic on entry: During large meetings, you can mute from 6th participant to avoid echo and background noises for better experience.

Webinar
- Live streaming webinars on Youtube : Enable this setting to broadcast live webinars on Youtube and allow attendees to view and comment on it.

Allow duplicate entry: Enable this setting to allow attendees to the webinar in multiple tabs using the same link without registering again.
Floating toolbar : If enabled, the control panel will be visible only to the organizer and hidden from attendee view. This feature is available when the organizer starts the webinar from the desktop application.
Sidebar as default view: If enabled, side bar video layout will be shown.
Allow Emoji reactions : Turn on this setting to allow attendees to react with emojis during the webinar.
Allow anonymous questions : Allow attendees to send questions without providing their name.
Recording Settings
- Auto-record meetings: If enabled, all meetings will be automatically recorded.
- Record camera in meetings: Enable this setting to record video along with audio and screen sharing in meetings.
- Auto-record webinars: If enabled, all webinars will be automatically recorded.
- Record camera in webinars: Enable this setting to record video along with audio and screen sharing in webinars.
