How to join a sesssion

How can a customer join a session?

The technician can share a join link or a session ID with you through email, SMS, chat, or any other preferred communication channel.
The experience of opening a join link depends on the device and browser you use.
  1. Click the join link shared by the technician. A Quick Access via QR Code page opens in your browser, displaying the technician name, session ID, and org name.
  2. Scan the QR code on the page using the Zoho Lens mobile app or a Smart Glass device to join the session.
  1. Open the join link shared by the technician. A session invitation page appears showing the session ID and the technician’s name.
  2. Choose one of the following options to join:
    1. Join with mobile app – Opens the Zoho Lens app if it is already installed, or redirects you to download it from the Play Store or App Store.
    2. Join from browser – Joins the session directly from your mobile browser without requiring the app.
    3. Join via QR code – Reveals a QR code that you can scan using the Zoho Lens app on another device. This option is particularly useful when joining via Smart Glasses.
            

 Joining a session using a session ID 

  1. Download the Zoho Lens app from the Play Store or App Store.
  2. Open the app and enter the session ID shared by your technician in the field provided.
  3. Tap Join to start the session.
