Filter users

Prerequisites

Filters to find users

You can use any of the following filters to find users without having to spend extra time searching:
  1. User
  2. Applications
  3. Groups
  4. Department
  5. Reporting To
  6. Designation
  7. Work Location
  8. User Login
Advanced filters can be used to fetch a list of specific users, and perform bulk actions on them.

The steps to filter users vary between the two User Interface versions supported in Zoho One. Select the UI version you use from the tabs below and proceed with the steps that follow.

Advanced filters 

  1. Sign in to Zoho One , then click  in the top-right corner.
  2. Click Users.
  3. Click in the top-right corner.
  4. We have multiple criteria, including:
    1. User State [Not invited yet, Not joined yet]
    2. User Device State [Managed, Not-managed]
    3. User Status [Active, Inactive]
    4. User Type [ Confirmed, Pending, External]
    5. Groups
    6. Applications
    7. Department
    8. Work Locations
    9. Designations
    10. Reporting To
    11. User Login Status [Never, Last login]
  5. Set the filtering criteria, then click Apply.
We also have user-based, predefined filters you can use to narrow down your search. To do so:
  1. Sign in to Zoho One , then click  in the top-right corner.
  2. Click Users.
  3. Click the drop-down and select the user type based on your need.
