Filter users

The steps to filter users vary between the three User Interface versions supported in Zoho One. Select the UI version you use from the tabs below and proceed with the steps that follow.

Filter users  
You can quickly filter users using predefined filters, or use Advanced Filters to narrow the results based on multiple criteria.

Filter users using predefined filters  
  1. Sign in to Zoho One , then click the Admin Panel icon  on the top-right corner.
  2. Click User Management on the left menu, the Users tab opens by default.
  3. Click the dropdown above the user list.
  4. Select the user type based on your need.

 
Advanced filter 
Use Advanced Filters when you want to narrow the user list using one or more specific criteria.
  1. Sign in to Zoho One , then click the Admin Panel icon  on the top-right corner.
  2. Click Identity Management on the left menu, then select Users.
  3. Click the dropdown above the user list, then select Advanced Filters.
  4. Choose the required filtering criteria. You can filter by:
    1. User State
    2. User Status
    3. User Type
    4. Groups
    5. Applications
    6. Department
    7. Work Locations
    8. Designations
    9. Reporting To
    10. User Login Status
  5. Click Apply.
  6. To clear the selected criteria and start over, click Reset.

  2. Click User Management on the left menu, the Users tab opens by default.
  3. Click the dropdown above the user list.
  4. Select the user type based on your need.

Use Advanced Filters when you want to narrow the user list using one or more specific criteria.
  1.  Sign in to Zoho One , then click the Directory Settings icon  on the top-right corner.
  2. Click Identity Management on the left menu, then select Users.
  3. Click the dropdown above the user list, then select Advanced Filters.
  4. Choose the required filtering criteria. You can filter by:
    1. User State
    2. User Status
    3. User Type
    4. Groups
    5. Applications
    6. Department
    7. Work Locations
    8. Designations
    9. Reporting To
    10. User Login Status
  5. Click Apply
  6. To clear the selected criteria and start over, click Reset.

Advanced filters 

  1. Sign in to Zoho One , then click Directory in the left menu.
  2. Click Users.
  3. Click in the top-right corner.
  4. We have multiple criteria, including:
    1. User State [Not invited yet, Not joined yet]
    2. User Device State [Managed, Not-managed]
    3. User Status [Active, Inactive]
    4. User Type [ Confirmed, Pending, External]
    5. Groups
    6. Applications
    7. Department
    8. Work Locations
    9. Designations
    10. Reporting To
    11. User Login Status [Never, Last login]
  5. Set the filtering criteria, then click Apply.
We also have user-based, predefined filters you can use to narrow down your search. To do so:
  1. Sign in to Zoho One , then click Directory in the left menu.
  2. Click Users.
  3. Click the drop-down and select the user type based on your need.
