Prerequisites
- Google Workspace admin role
- Zoho One admin role
- If you're a Zoho Directory user:
- Sign in to Zoho Directory, then click Admin Panel in the left menu.
- Go to Applications, then click Add Application.
- Use the search bar to find and add Google Workspace and continue from step 5 in the next section.

- If you're a Zoho One user:
- Sign in to Zoho One, then click Directory in the left menu.
- Go to Marketplace, then click Browse Applications.
- Use the search bar to find and install Google Workspace.
- Check the Terms of Services given in Confirm Installation page and click Install. Upon installation, you will be taken to the Applications module.
Name your app using Display name and enter your Google Workspace Domain Name.
Note: In the
Google Admin console, search for Domains, click
Manage Domains to find your Domain Name.
Note: For Single Sign-On (SSO) to work, the associated apps must be enabled in Google Workspace.
- If you want to test the SAML configuration before allowing users to access Google Workspace, uncheck Display app to users.
- Click Add, you will be redirected to the Google Workspace's details page.
- Go to Single Sign-On tab.
- Click Service Provider Details to check and verify the SP details. You can also edit them if needed.
- Click Identity Provider Details, download the X.509 Certificate. Make a note of the Sign-in URL, the Sign-out URL, and the Change Password URL.

- Sign in to your Google Workspace admin account.
- Click Security in the left menu, under Authentication section find and click SSO with third-party IDPs.
- Click ADD SAML PROFILE.
- Enter the IdP Sign-in URL in the Sign-in page URL field, the IdP Sign-out URL in the Sign-out page URL field, and the IdP Change Password URL in the Change password URL field.
- Upload the IdP X.509 Certificate under Verification certificate.
- Click Save.
Test the SAML connection
- Return to the Zoho Directory Admin Panel.
- Go to Applications, then click Google Workspace.
- Click Assign Users, choose yourself from the list, then click Assign. Users assigned to Google Workspace will also be assigned to the associated apps.

. If everything is working, you should be automatically signed in and taken to Google Workspace's homepage.
Make app visible to all users
After successfully testing the SSO, you can make Google Workspace available for all users to access from their My Apps pages.
To make Google Workspace visible to all users:
- Sign in to the Zoho One Admin Panel.
- Go to Applications, then click Google Workspace.
Note: If you've added any associated apps, ensure that they are also made visible to users.
- You can now access Google Workspace from Zoho One's My Apps page.
