Zoho CRM Mobile - Can the view be customized?
I would like the ability to customize the layout of my Zoho CRM mobile app for Android. I have spend a lot of time getting my Zoho CRM desktop Canvas layout set up and optimized, and I would like the ability to do the same on the mobile app. Possible?
Add ability to set product or record image on Mobile app
Surprised to learn that I'm unable to set the product (or any record) image field when using the mobile app. You can attach a photo but can't set the record image. Would be a nice basic feature to have. And while you're at it... - maybe the ability to see a record image instead of the URL which is all it currently displays (on mobile app) - ability to filter by records with/without image (on desktop view) Scenario: We are trying to photgraph & upload product images and it makes sense to do it using
Multi select lookup field not visible in mobile app. Unable to make the field mandatory.
The multi select lookup field available in the Zoho CRM website is not visible in the mobile app. There is no option to make the field mandatory.

Hi Team, Using Zoho CRM mobile app we can add images directly from our camera or phone gallery. It would be great if you could add little more options like Image crop, Annotate etc., will there any updates on this?
Can "Send text message" option create a "Log a Call" activity
It would be really helpful if the Send Text message option (on the Zoho CRM phone app) created a completed activity on the contact record, with Subject = Text (in a similar way calls are logged). It would be even better if it also saved the content of the text message into the Description field of the activity.

Call logs from iPhone
Dear team, We have some users license for ZOHO CRM. Some of the sales reps use Android phone and come has IOS devises, we have observed that The Outbound and Inbound call are getting logged Automatically in Android phone, off-course it is asking for long details at the end of call, easy to filling and log. but Iphone uses are not able to do so, they have to go to app and do the call from Apps Contacts, then only it asks for call log. we have enabled the call log option in iPhones also like
Allow CRM mobile client on android to copy/paste contact phone number to be dialled somewhere else
We use Microsoft Teams as our phone system, so when I'm on the go, if I tap the contact number in CRM it automatically dials that number using my mobile number (GSM network) and doesn't give me the option where to start that call, like on a VOIP client.

Customize mobile version
Hello, I would like to start having the ability to customize the mobile version of the CRM app. As of now, the order of fields and layouts gets synced with the web configuration vertically which is not well User Friendly on Mobile. Please advise if we do have or can have this ability. I believe it's important.
