a new "like" on my Facebook did not show up in my ZOHO Social monitoring. Any ideas why?

a new "like" on my Facebook did not show up in my ZOHO Social monitoring. Any ideas why?

I just set up ZOHO Social and and asked a friend to "like" my Facebook page which he did and his like is  visible on my Facebook page but his like has not shown up in my ZOHO  Social app. Any ideas why not?
