Ability to configure a schedule/shift for each user and/or crew in Zoho FSM

Hello,

In our team of Field Agents, we have different shifts. Some field agent always work from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM while others work the evening shift like 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Sometime shift are on weekdays only or on weekend. 

It would be great to be able to configure a specific shift for a user and/or a crew. Example, User A works Monday to Friday, 7:00AM to 4:00PM and User B works Tuesday to Saturday from 8:00AM to 5:00PM. 

Shift could then be taken into consideration when dispatching the Service Appointements to our different field agents, like FSM giving an warning message when trying to assign a Service Appointment to a agent at a time that they are not scheduled to work.

This would help a lot managing big teams. Thank you.
