It would be nice to have an "impersonate" feature added to Zoho Projects that would allow administrators to impersonate employees to enable administrators to see for themselves what employees can and cannot see in the system. I am aware of all of the permission controls that are available, but sometimes we don't know which ones need to be turned on/off if we don't have the ability to see the effects.  There are also times when permissions are turned on that should not be turned on, but there is no way to double-check this if we are unable to visually see for ourselves the effects of turning on/off permissions. We don't always have a complete understanding of what will happen when particular permissions are turned on/off until we can see the effects.
