Add PO# to Invoices and Custom Fields to Invoices & Estimates

I am at the end of my ability to continue using Zoho Books without this fix. The invoices and estimates when viewed by a client in mobile version are missing the PO and any custom fields. I cannot control what device clients use to view an invoice or estimate and some clients require specific information. When someone views an invoice or estimate on a mobile device information is removed. This is a HUGE issue in my view. I have chosen to include a PO and/or custom fields because they are important to the client not for vanity sakes. I have asked over and over to fix this but nothing. It's so simple yet continues to cause me issues and my clients. Just now I saw a stream of 5 emails about what PO should be on an invoice by various people at a client when the PO was on the invoice just everyone uses mobile devices now. I have clients reply to invoices and estimates telling me that the information required isn't listed on them, yet they are looking at the mobile version and it makes me look like I am using an immature product to reply with please don't look at the mobile version but click on the PDF or look at the desktop. It's 2022 and having a robust mobile version is basically expected. Please be consistent and put ALL information on the desktop / PDF on the mobile version ESPECIALLY PO's. This one of the most important pieces of information on an invoice and you all just remove it, it's so frustrating and I have shouted at you all to fix this simple issue, but I've been told it's purposeful ... purposeful to frustrate and confuse customers and clients? I'm leaving Zoho if this isn't fixed. I can't deal with me being told I forgot the required information on an invoice/estimate one more time because ZOHO thinks consistency is not important.
