When timelog in seconds is added to via API, the timelog often return error because the start time and end time are the same in such instances. That is, the start time and end time passed as params are in hh:mm and as a result the timelog reads 00:00. (hh:mm).

Thus it would be ideal to be able to pass the seconds into the hours param along with the start time and end time so that the hours field reflect sečonds and reflect the correct timelength on cummulation or allow ťhe end time to capture seconds and enable the hours field to allow and reflect secs
