So in Sheets I am up and running and sharing with some members. 

People are showing up as Collaborators and can chat with them in the Collaborator window on the right. 

The "Chats Channels and Contacts" Tabs on the very bottom left corner I managed to add one contact by searching but cant seem to add any more. 

Any tips appreciated.
