Hi

We had a test organisation setup with Books and Commerce towards the end of last year (if that's relevant), which allowed us to add a line to a pending sales order that had come in from Commerce (see attachment).  Now, with our live setup, we find that option is not there (again, as shown). 

Can anyone explain why that might be, please - & help us get it back? We need it!
