It would be very nice to have some more placeholders for sending out automated emails.
Below is what MY personal email looks like...

Overall, this looks pretty good when the customer revives it. The only issue is there is no placeholder for AccountBalance. Only for InvoiceBalance. :(
One other issue is that when a customer has more than one invoice due, when they click the payment URL for any of the invoices, it brings them to a summary of THAT invoices balance ONLY. Not their total account balance nor a list of all unpaid invoices.
It would be great of a customer could have a payment URL which allowed them to pay all their invoices with one transaction. Or, select to pay only one invoice out of 2 or 3, etc.
