Advertising and Marketing

I am testing Zoho Books and find that there is no clear option to make transaction for bank charges. The critical thing I face is there are some charges made in "Advertising and Marketing" head which I did made any transaction.

Can anyone know that its based on some settings like that. Why it appears automatically in profit and loss statement.
