After Bank Reconciliation, attaching of file to payment not allowed

Hi,

Has anyone experienced not being able to attached a document proof into the payment receipt after matching bank Recon?

If after bank recon, attachment is not allowed to be uploaded. Then it defeats the purpose of giving a document proof for a transaction to consider it as valid?

I only could make a workaround by uploading the attachment to the bill instead.

Is Zoho able to rectify this problem?
