I’m not sure why zoho likes to create scenarios where real life possible situations are limited or not supported in your products but it’s frustrating. For sales people 99.999 of prospects will need time to think things through. But once in a while we get lucky and find that one person ready to sign up. At that moment, I’m trying to have them sign the contract  without a single delay. We all agree that’s a possible scenario, yes?

But with zoho sign that is impossible. You can’t get that prospect to sign quickly bc they need to have a zoho sign account. 

Im sorry that is brain dead. Even one second of delay can lose the sale!!!

what we need is ability to capture another persons signature  right there without saving the signers signature and this needs to be available for the Zoho writer merge feature and zoho crm features as well as straight from zoho sign. This needs to be available on our device (zoho sign accounts owner’s device) 

please stop restricting your products.  Create features that support  every possibile scenario.
