Actually we are using the social tool. When we post something on the facebook page the tool does not reflect this information until we logged out on ZOHO Social. For example if somebody is a new fan in my Facebook page i cant see this new fan on my report on real time. How many time takes to refresh the information of the shares, comments, etc on ZOHO Social tool?
