The Zoho app on my Android phone has recently lost the ability to grab files that are NOT stored locally. To put it another way, I can't grab any photos or images stored in my OneDrive or google drives...! I have to first save them to my local folders on my phone so that I can use them. This happened some time between approx July 15 and Aug 15. My app has full permission to access storage, so what seems to be missing is a drop-down menu that allows me to go into deeper layers of storage, or any place that is not my local gallery.
