I've seen a lot of requests for features, and a lot of things the Zoho Social team says is on the roadmap and "coming soon", but there's been an awful lot of silence coming from Zoho Social lately.

Many of these features are things Zoho Social has said is on the roadmap, and much of it we were told was coming "soon"... but it's been months since we've seen an update. I know Zoho isn't too keen on committing to a timeline, but can you give us some kind of idea as to when we can expect some of these features to be coming? It's not nearly as easy to manage my social media as it should be, and I'm sure none of us can afford to miss a lead or an opportunity due to software that is missing a feature its competitors have.
