Associating a candidate to a job from the candidate page

Hello, 

When we want to associate a candidate to a job from his page, we can click on these 2 buttons



But it opens ALL the job and we do have to filter them. It does not make a lot of sense, usually we associated candidates with roles which are currently active



However, when we associated candidates to a job from a list of candidates, we have a popup window with this selection of jobs, from the date of opening (which makes more sense).



Please could you make us land on this page when we associated a candidate to job, no matter from where we do this action ?
