Long distance is post-paid so we create a one-time add-on as an unbilled charge on the 1st of every month for the previous month's usage.

Our system computes the total charges and creates a PDF with all of the long distance call records. This is the file we would like to attach so it is sent automatically on the next billing cycle. We use consolidated billing for all of our subscriptions so all bills are consolidated.
