I'm using Zoho CRM. And I need to automate the enquiry numbers (Sequential numbers) to my customer enquiries.

In addition to that, the enquiry numbers and details related to that should be saved in Zoho sheets.

Enquiry may be done using a form, suggest me if other means are available to interact with customers.
